Hair Braiding Tool Instructions

If you’ve never braided your own hair before, follow the directions for the hair braiding tool that you’ve purchased. There are many varieties of hair braiding tools on the market and it’s important to choose one that fits your hair and style preferences. These tools have several important features that will make braiding easy. For starters, many tools feature four slots, allowing you to alternately insert sections of hair into each slot. Then, you pull the hair out of either side of the tool and repeat this pattern. This will create the perfect braid, whether it’s for daily wear or a special occasion.

Next, you’ll need to gather your hair into three equal sections at the nape of your neck. Hold the right strand in your right hand, and the left strand in your left. Cross the right strand over the center strand, moving it to the right. Repeat this process with the left strand. After this, pull both strands together to form a tight braid. Once it’s tight, you can gently massage it between your palms to form a tight braid.

Once you’ve finished the first ladder braid, move onto the next step: the ladder braid. Similar to a three-strand braid, you’ll braid a small portion of hair outside the left section, and then pass it over to the right section. Continue this process until you have two inches of hair left. You can end the ladder braid with a plait. Secure it with a clear rubber band. You’ll be surprised by the beautiful ladder braid you’ll have at the end.

Before you begin braiding, be sure that your hair is completely combed and dampened. This will ensure cleaner sections and less tangling. Once you’ve made the strands, you’ll want to tie them together. You can also use an elastic band to secure them. Then, turn your hands clockwise as you twist strands into the center. And then you’ll be on your way to creating an amazing French braid in no time at all.
